MTN is committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience to its customers. This Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of products purchased through MTN eShop.

—“Customer”, “you” and “your” refer to you, the person using eShop and accepting the Delivery Policy.—“MTN/we/us/our” refers to MTN Nigeria Communications PLC.—“States” refers to all the states in Nigeria, excluding Katsina, Taraba and Zamfara.—“Policy” shall refer to this Delivery Policy.

Section 1Delivery Zones

Deliveries are currently available in all States in Nigeria except Katsina, Taraba and Zamfara. We define specific delivery zones within the States where we operate and provide delivery services. These zones may be subject to change based on our operational capabilities and logistics partners.

If delivery service is unavailable in the State of your choice, you can have your orders delivered to the nearest MTN service centre in that state. We may require a valid identity card to verify your identity before the product is released to you.

Section 2Delivery Timeframes

We strive to provide accurate delivery timeframes for each order. However, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances.

The estimated delivery timeframe will be communicated to the Customer during the checkout process and in subsequent order communications.

Section 3Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may vary based on the Customer’s location, the weight and dimensions of the product, and any ongoing promotions or discounts. The applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout process before the Customer confirms their order.

Section 4Order Processing and Tracking

Once an order is successfully placed, our team will process it within the designated timeframe. A Customer will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of their purchase and an order tracking number, if applicable.

The order tracking number can be used to monitor the status of the delivery by selecting “my order” on our website https://shop.mtn.ng.

Section 5Delivery Attempts

We will attempt to deliver the product to the specified address provided by the Customer during the checkout process. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the unavailability of the recipient or incorrect address information, additional attempts may be made.

Customers should ensure that accurate and complete delivery information is provided to avoid any delivery delays or complications.

Section 6Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery of the product, a delivery confirmation will be generated and sent to your registered email address in our records. This confirmation may include the recipient’s signature, timestamp, or any other relevant proof of delivery.

In some cases, deliveries may be accepted by authorised persons at the specified address, such as receptionists or security personnel.

Section 7Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events, we may experience disruptions in our delivery services. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience caused, but we shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery arising from such events.
